Watch for tickets for the 2020 Brandywine In Plaid available next fall!
Based on our popular pop-up dinner parties in the spring (Brandywine in Black) and the summer (Brandywine in White), Brandywine in Plaid celebrates the harvest with a more relaxed setting.
What is BIP?
Brandywine in Plaid is a gathering for BYO wine and food enthusiasts. Guests dress casually (think jeans, flannels, boots) and arrive at a secret outdoor location with a picnic dinner. We will have the settings with some farm tables, chairs, hay bales, music, and a campfire + s’mores. The idea is to keep people networking and meeting friends, so we aren’t as formal as the White and Black events with assigned tables. (Bring an extra blanket, flashlight, and bug spray if you wish.)
Where & When is it?
Brandywine in Plaid will be held on a Saturday in October 2020. The location will be revealed 48 hours before to ticket holders, but it will be in the Brandywine Valley Area.
What Do I Wear?
Brandywine in Plaid is more relaxed think jeans, boots, and flannels (but you can always add bling if you want).
Can I Go Alone?
Our Brandywine Celebrations welcome you whether you come individually or with a group. You won’t be alone because our events are filled with friendly people who enjoy networking and making new friends.
Is it Kid-Friendly?
Brandywine in Plaid, like Brandywine in White/Black, is a food and wine event that is best reserved for individuals over 21.
What does the event benefit?
A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales and sponsorships will benefit a charity or non-profit organization to be named shortly. Guests can also make a monetary donation, postage-paid envelopes will be provided as volunteers cannot accept cash donations.
Organizers of Brandywine In Plaid prepare the event on a profit model and distribute proceeds after expenses to a charity or non-profit organization. Organizers of BIP are volunteers and do not receive compensation.
Can I sponsor the event?
There are a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available with great benefits for your business or entity. Please inquire on the Sponsor Link or our Facebook Page: @BrandywineinPlaid.
This is a beautiful venue to be social, meet some new people, and have fun!
